Hardee's
Serves up A Wish for Make-A-Wish!

All the Hardee's in the Northeast Tennessee area recently conducted
a fundraiser for the Make-A-Wish Foundation® of East Tennessee.
Their goal was to make a trip to Disney World come true for 6 year
old Tyler . Thanks to the enthusiastic support of the Hardee's
employees and patrons, that wish will come true this fall. Tyler 's
trip is scheduled! Tyler lives in the Tri-Cities and a trip to
Disney World is a dream come true for him.
A total of $5,154 was donated through the sell of $1 cutouts at the
Hardee's locations. Hardee's of Piney Flats, was number one in
donations with over $1,000 ! Thanks to the overwhelming support of
this event, there will be additional funds available for extra
wishes from this fundraiser.
All funds are going to wishes in our local area.
This year is the 25 th anniversary of the Make-A-Wish Foundation. In
the local East Tennessee chapter a total of 900 wishes have been
completed since it was started. Any child with a life threatening
medical illness between the ages of 2 ˝ and under 18 can qualify to
receive a wish.
A wish brings Hope, Strength and Joy ! The Hardee's team and their
patrons can smile knowing they have shared in the power a wish
brings.
