Our Story

We're Restaurant Management Group and we own and operate 42 Hardee's franchise locations in five states: in and around the Tri-Cites region of Virginia and Tennessee, in West Virginia, Ohio and Pennsylvania.

Today we're the sixth-largest Hardee's franchise operator in the United States.  Together with our sister brand, we have more than 2,000 employees and a presence in every community where we operate. Recently we've introduced the  Red Burrito menu in selected Hardee's and will add this outstanding Mexican fare in more locations. 

Our company was formed in 2000. In 2002 and 2005 we were named Hardee's Franchisee of the Year in recognition of outstanding performance and commitment to operating excellence. Our company was chosen from among many U.S. Hardee's franchises.

Our objective is to operate the most efficient Hardee's in the country by offering our customers great menu items and providing friendly, fast service either with drive-through or when dining in.
