Restaurant Franchisee Recognizes Hardee’s Manager
as General Manager of the Year

ROGERSVILLE, TN - Local Hardee’s restaurant franchisee Restaurant Management Group (RMG) has named Lorri Rednour its General Manager of the Year from among the company’s 45 Hardee’s restaurants. Rednour operates the Hardee’s at 198 Park Boulevard.
Criteria used to select RMG’s General Manager of the Year included guest comments, sales and profitability, controlling costs, and employee retention.
In addition to having the general manager of the year, the Rogersville restaurant has been recognized as a Signature of Excellence restaurant by RMG, as well as being recognized with a national operating excellence award by Hardee’s food systems.
RMG is the sixth-largest Hardee’s franchisee in the United States. The company owns and operates 44 Hardee’s restaurants in and around the Tri-Cities region of Virginia and Tennessee as well as in West Virginia, Ohio and Pennsylvania. RMG also owns and operates 17 Little Caesars in North Carolina, Tennessee and Virginia.
“Lorri and her crew did an outstanding job in 2007,” said Jack Mangan, president of Restaurant Management Group. “To win all the awards her restaurant won, including Signature of Excellence and the national operational excellence award, you can tell she is a hard worker and very dedicated.”
Rednour has worked with RMG for seven years. She has worked with Hardee’s for 25 years. “I couldn’t believe I won,” said Rednour. “After all the years I’ve worked with Hardee’s, I was really excited to win.”
Rednour resides in Morristown, and enjoys working in her flower garden and relaxing and watching TV.
